Our Process
Architectural Rendering Process
- The client sends the project description to Santrich Design 3D Design Management using the form on our Contact Us page.
- The client will provide information of the project (in CAD files, PDF or design software files) with the images that are needed to start the work, Example: floor plans, elevations, site plans, photographs of the perimeter or surrounding areas, and for better development of the project provide the most accurate information that can be with sample images of materials, textures, colors, etc.
- Proposal sent to the client within 24 hours after receiving the project materials.
- The client approves the proposal and sends a payment of 50% of the total (depending on the project) 1 (one) week, then a low resolution sketch of the project is sent to the client,
Note: the client has the right to 2(Two) low resolution images before the final sketch. - Once the contract is finished, if the client wants extra changes in the project, another contract will be generated for this work.
Animations and interactive models take approximately 2, 3 or more weeks depending on the amount of work involved. Both the preliminary presentations provided to the Client for approval and the final result will generate a single payment receipt and will be sent with the final result of the work, in electronic form to an email.
A 50% deposit will be required at the start of a project. The remaining balance is due upon approval of the final design.
New projects will be placed on hold if the outstanding balance reaches 15 days old.

Schedule
Standard Project Timelines:
- 3-5 days for express renderings
- 5-7 days for standard renderings
- 10-15 business days for short animations
- 20-30 business days for long animations and interactive presentations
